A piece of “red fish” cooked in mirin, with all the fixin’s. This can be yours too, if you’re in Ikebukuro, for only 680 yen (lunch time only), tax included.
Oishii! Oh, I miss these things.
So that’s the akaou. it sure looks like what i had. they said it’s found in the bering sea. i wonder if there are farms of this fish now.
